Metiers Café is a modern retreat that serves top quality gourmet coffee on a menu full of delicious foods and carefully chosen for you.
The house works with the Orfeu coffee, produced in the mountains of southern Minas. Orfeu is Brazil's most award-winning specialty coffee category, champion of the Late Harvest Competition (Switzerland), twice Coffee of the Year at the International Coffee Fair and four times elected Cup of Excellence Brazil.
The choice of Orfeu is the result of the research of Christiane Gursching, one of the idealizers of Metiers. She studied the subject at the renowned barista course at Coffee Lab in São Paulo in 2017 and created a varied menu. There are more than 10 versions of coffee.
To keep up with, there are several items from small vendors that use fresh and selected ingredients. The idea is to offer fast and traditional snacks, but with a special flavor like, for example, the bread on the plate, the cheese bread and the empanada.
Among the sweet options, we have authentic Italian straw and a delicious espresso served in a chocolate-chip cookie crust.
